Hello guys i'am gonna show you how to deface joomla and wordpress websites using Brute force attack.
Both of joomla and wordpress has a CMS ( content Manage system ) For wordpress is " /wp-admin/ " for joomla is " administrator " And Also there is no protection That Disable Brute forcing Those Login Pages !
That's Why we gonna use 2 software Called " Wordpress Brute " and "Joomla brute" to do this brute force attack .
What You need ?
- Wordpress brute ( Just Click to download )
- Joomla brute ( Just Click to download )
- Wordlist ( Download Wordlists From here )
1 - For Wordpress :
At first, You need to put your targets ( wordpress sites ) On File called " listsite.txt " and Passwords list On file called ( "listpassword.txt" )
Open " Brute v.2.exe " It will appears a window like this :
Now, Just Click " Scan " And wait if There is any Result It will shown On the rich text box
2 - For Joomla
At first, You need to put your targets ( wordpress sites ) On File called " listsite.txt " and Passwords list On file called ( "pass.txt" )
now Open " Brute v2.exe " it will appears New window Like This One :
Click On " Load From File " And select Targets List ( we called it : "listsite.txt") then click start it will start attacking and if there is any result it will be shown the the rich text box
Brute force attack is the most used method to hack websites, accounts ... That's why Brute force is the most dangerous way to break any password But you need just to protect yourself by using A Strong Password Or If you own wordpress / joomla site you can use some plugins to use a captcha system or a login limit system on your administrator login page
